We do credit and background checks on all potential clients up to 7 years which can include address, criminal (misdemeanors and/or felonies), and social security number verification. We also offer this service to other businesses starting at a low cost of $75.00 per application.

Payment Options

You can pay your rent through credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), by mail via our PO Box, or through our on-site pickup.

Credit Counseling

We have a 1% eviction rate due to our one-on-one approach with each of our tenants. Before a tenant moves in, we work on a financial goal plan to help him/her save money towards future plans and mishaps. We also connect him/her with free organizations that will work with that person to obtain his/her financial goals. We issue vouchers for rent reduction for our tenants which they can redeem any month within the allotted time of their lease agreement.

Maintenance

For our tenants' convenience, we can supply our own plumber, electrician, and contractor to repair minor wear and tear on the property. We also repaint the homes every 2 years and change the carpet as needed.
